I’m inspired by working with individuals transitioning into leadership roles, helping them overcome self-doubt and internal struggles. With an intuitive sense for hidden potential, my role as a mentor is to unlock your inner greatness with unwavering belief.
In our mentorship partnership, I walk alongside you on a journey of self-discovery, drawing on my coaching skills to guide you. Through a deep exploration of your life story and experiences, we’ll uncover what makes you unique. With you at the center, we’ll clarify your desired outcomes, identify limiting beliefs, and release those that no longer serve your future vision. Having been a leader in a corporate environment, I’ve faced both the highs and the lows with calm resilience. From rising through the ranks, navigating complex systems to dealing with crises such as pandemics, riots and serious system outages. Whilst climbing the corporate ladder in a male-dominated environment, I became confused with my own identity and had to come to terms with my naivety about inauthentic relationships and learning to cope with the disappointment when that next role wasn’t attained. I’ve therefore established new thinking around work-life integration, navigating the spotlight of leadership roles and how to avoid serious burnout especially when you don’t even realise you’re in it. My ability to thrive in complex systems coupled with a steadfast belief “I can do it” motivates me to unlock this hidden gem in others.
With 20 years of experience in the Financial Services sector, primarily in leadership roles, I’ve worked across multiple banking products, enablement and technology. I’ve served on management boards, led strategic project steercos, managed large, cross-functional teams, and coached within organizations. At the end of 2023, through an act of courage, I followed my passion for nature and empowering others, transitioning into a new venture. I believe everyone has a distinct value to offer, and my mission is to help individuals uncover and fully embrace their unique potential.

Monique and I met in 2019 when I was appointed into a senior leadership role and onto the investment banking exco at RMB. Monique supported me on the ‘RMB LEAD’ leadership program which spanned the course of a year, as my coach. Prior to my appointment, I had held leadership positions across my personal and professional life however not with the scale and diversity of this new role. Monique’s guidance and support in helping to think about, craft and articulate my leadership values and approach was incredibly valuable and foundational for me in the years that followed and set a solid base for me to deal with managing a large, multi-jurisdictional business and team through and post Covid. I still rely on many of the tools, principles and advice from my time with Monique who has remained a close friend and confidant.

Monique Visee was my coach in 2021. This was a particularly interesting time as we were right at the heart of Covid, I had just had my first baby and been promoted.
She was very instrumental in guiding me through this journey. She initially spent time getting to know me, this offered clarity and was beneficial as we unpacked my values, tapped into how I could use my internal power and influence.
I got to understand how I can be effective, gained valuable insight that I continue to use in my personal and professional life.

As part of my senior leadership journey at RMB, I was offered the opportunity to actively work on my personal development through the Lead RMB Program. As part of this program, I was offered access to a leadership and personal mentoring coach for an extended period. I was introduced to Monique and was immediately taken by her calm, authentic and engaging approach and committed to partner with her (as my coach) on my leadership journey. It would become the most valuable 12-month engagement of my career. Monique became an invaluable asset to me, helping me to really examine my approach to life and my purpose, all of which flowed naturally into my ways of working, the way I saw and treated people and the time I allocated to the important things – family, self-reflection, fundamental purpose. Our work together helped me to be a better version of myself, resulting in some fundamental work and lifestyle decisions which have all worked out very well.
